1. 保修期时间

国际销售平台订单保修期为一年，自2021年3月起官网订单质保期15个月。

The warranty for ebay,Lazada,Amazon etc, Sales platform orders is 1 year.The warranty for official website or direct paying is 15 months.

2.保修范围

保修期内， 维修或者更换配件是免费的。包括运费。只要商品在保修期内符合保修条件，即可享受维修服务，以下情况不在保修范围：

During Warranty, repair is free of charge.Guarantee date is from the product delivery day.As long as the product is compliance with warranty conditions, Maintenance services are available.

Following situation is not in warranty scope.

A. 错误或者不当使用

Wrong or improper usage;

B. 人为损坏

Artificial damage

C. 未经我公司允许经他人维修过

Repair by others without permission

D. 耗材或者赠品

Consumables or gifts

4.保修方式

鉴于跨国交易运输成本较高，不能所有的商品全部寄回国内进行维修，我们的客服人员会与您详细沟通您遇到的问题。找出问题原因。

如因设置原因导致的问题我们会提供解决方法。

如硬件损坏，我们会判断更换难易程度判定是否需要更换整机或者配件。 例如，硬盘，主板等易更换的配件，我们会直接寄出配件，并提供更换教程。屏幕类不易更换的配件，我们会直接安排更换触摸屏。具体更换方法请参照更换服务。

In view of high shipping charge for international trade, we could not return all problem products.But we will solve all the problem and let the product run well.

Our service will communicate with you about the problem situation and judge the problem reason.Then provide suitable solution.
