红外屏
是靠四周发射的红外线来实现的,只要有物体将红外线切断就能反应,红外线触摸屏是非接触式触摸,由手指或其他物品遮断红外线来触发触摸指令,显示屏本身不具有触摸功能,红外线触摸层是独立的模块,维修和更换不需要换显示屏,材料使用合格,触摸的准确率非常高,但是会对任何物品的触摸行为都起触摸反应。
Infrared screen
It is realized by infrared rays emitted from all around.As long as an object cuts off the infrared, it can react.The infrared touch screen is a non-contact touch screen.
Touch commands are triggered by blocking infrared rays by fingers or other objects.The screen itself does not have a touch function.The infrared touch layer is an independent module. There is no need to change the display screen for maintenance and replacement.The materials are qualified and the accuracy of touch is very high.
But it will react to the touch behavior of any object.
电容屏
电容屏也叫静电触摸屏,是利用人体的电流感应进行工作的。电容式触摸屏是一块四层复合玻璃屏,玻璃屏的内表面和夹层各涂有一层ITO,最外层是一薄层矽土玻璃保护层,夹层ITO涂层作为工作面,四个角上引出四个电极,内层ITO为屏蔽层以保证良好的工作环境。 当手指触摸在金属层上时,由于人体电场,用户和触摸屏表面形成以一个耦合电容,对于高频电流来说,电容是直接导体,于是手指从接触点吸走一个很小的电流。这个电流分别从触摸屏的四角上的电极中流出,并且流经这四个电极的电流与手指到四角的距离成正比,控制器通过对这四个电流比例的精确计算,得出触摸点的位置。
Capacitive screen
Capacitive screen, also known as electrostatic touch screen, works by using the current induction of human body.The capacitive touch screen is a four layer composite glass screen.The inner surface and interlayer of the glass screen are coated with a layer of ITO respectively.The outermost layer is a thin layer of silica glass protective layer
Sandwich ITO coating as working surface.Four electrodes are led out from the four corners.The inner ITO is a shielding layer to ensure a good working environment.
When a finger touches the metal layer, a coupling capacitance is formed between the user and the touch screen surface due to the human electric field.For high-frequency currents, capacitors are direct conductors, so fingers draw a small current from the contact point.
This current flows from the electrodes on the four corners of the touch screen, and the current flowing through the four electrodes is directly proportional to the distance from the finger to the four cornersThe controller obtains the position of the touch point through the accurate calculation of the four current ratios.

红外屏无法做到和外壳在同一平面,在一定程度上增加了厚度,做不到真正轻、薄

红外屏只要要东西阻碍到红外线就有动作,容易发生误动作,电容屏优点是不会对任何无法导电的物品起触摸反应,不使用时不容易出现物品接触发生的误操作现象。
电容屏的分辨率更高,所以产品的精准度要高很多。
